Mock Shaadi | Pakistani Students Organization, UMass Amherst
This past semester, I had the absolute pleasure of being invited to the Pakistani Students Organization’s (PSO) event, Mock Shaadi, at UMass Amherst! Even though I had to travel in the pouring rain, the grey weather was suddenly gone when I walked into a room with so many colorful decorations everywhere!
It was surreal to see such a big community come together. The night was filled with laughter, music, and the conversations of people catching up and having fun.
What really put me in awe was the sense of togetherness. I felt so honored to be part of it; it reminded me of the beauty in our diverse world. It was a night filled with joy and unforgettable memories!
